Scary Movie 6 Trailer Brings Ghostface and a Subway of Slashers

The Scary Movie franchise returns this summer with its first full trailer for Scary Movie 6 now online, after a teaser ran with Scream 7 and—unlike that teaser—was not leaked by star and co-writer Marlon Wayans. It opens on a subway car packed with slashers, from classics like Jason Voorhees and Leatherface to newer figures such as M3GAN and the Heart Eyes Killer, while the series' signature wacky take on Ghostface looms as the main threat.

Anna Faris' Cindy Campbell is back, defending a fortified anti-Ghostface house and sporting a Laurie Strode–style makeover; as her daughter says in the trailer, "You look like s****." She shares a tearful reunion with Regina Hall's Brenda Meeks (even though Cindy is a Republican now, and is supposed to be racist), and the pair embark on a scattershot spoof that nods to the last decade of horror—from Get Out to Weapons to Smile to Terrifier.
