Cbssports reports the Seattle Seahawks will host the Los Angeles Rams in the 2026 NFC Championship Game at Lumen Field on Sunday, with kickoff scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET.

The teams split their regular-season meetings, L.A. winning in Week 11 and Seattle prevailing in Week 16. The Rams advanced by beating Carolina in the Wild Card Round and Chicago in the Divisional Round; the Seahawks arrive off a blowout win over San Francisco. Seattle running back Zach Charbonnet (knee) is out for the season after an injury in the divisional round, while Rams outside linebacker Byron Young (knee) is listed as questionable. DraftKings Sportsbook lists Seattle as a 2.5-point favorite, with an over/under of 46.5 and money lines of Seahawks -142 and Rams +120.

SportsLine's Projection Model simulated the matchup 10,000 times and projects a combined 46 points, going under the posted total, and says one side of the spread hits in nearly 60% of simulations as an A-rated pick. The model, which the outlet says is up well over $7,000 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception and is 53-37 on top-rated picks dating back to 2024, offers its full pick only at SportsLine.
