Sean Hannity gives rare insight into romance with Ainsley Earhardt

On the March 3 episode of The Katie Miller Podcast, Sean Hannity gushed about his relationship with fiancée Ainsley Earhardt. “When you find the right person that is completely supportive of all that I do, and we have the exact same values, and we love to do the same stuff,” he said.

“We’re not really into big social scene stuff… We like family dinners, we like to be with our kids and just have downtime, just have fun and just be with each other.” Hannity compared time with Earhardt to being “on vacation,” adding, “It just takes me out of my work mode.” The two began dating in 2020 and became engaged over the Christmas holiday in 2024, announcing the proposal took place at their church after they bonded over their faith.

The couple said they were overjoyed and thankful to their families, and that their children “couldn’t be happier” about the news. Though Hannity lives in Florida and Earhardt in New York, they have prioritized seeing each other since the start. “We never missed a weekend since we started dating,” he said.
