Selena Gomez shares handmade painting Taylor Swift gifted for her 30th

Selena Gomez said Taylor Swift gifted her a handmade painting for her 30th birthday. "She did it on an actual cloth, and she painted a beautiful lake," Gomez said on the "Friends Keep Secrets" podcast, adding the scene included the moon and stars and their exact star signs, Sagittarius and Cancer.

The piece carried a stitched message. Gomez said Swift had hand-sewn the letters "Here’s to the next 30 years" and "From Taylor to Selena," and also hand-wrote lyrics to a song she wrote about Gomez. "It was the sweetest gift," the actress said. Gomez’s husband, Benny Blanco, who joined her on the podcast, said he was "fully blown away" when she pulled the painting from storage.

He recalled asking, "Who made this painting?" and called it "one of the best paintings I've ever seen." The two have been friends since 2008, when they were dating members of the Jonas Brothers. Gomez reflected, "It was cute.
