Severance season 3 update: Devon grows angrier as production eyes July

Severance, the Apple TV sci‑fi series starring Adam Scott and directed by Ben Stiller, has completed two seasons and is slated for a third.

Jen Tullock, who plays Devon Scout‑Hale, said the show keeps her “on my toes” thanks to the writing and the cast. She added she’s excited to let Devon “get a little bit angry” and dig further into the nitty‑gritty of Lumon, picking up on moments from the end of Season 2.

An earlier interview with John Turturro indicated production was scheduled to begin this July. Season 1 ended in April 2022 and Season 2 returned in January 2025, and with filming not set to resume for several months the gap between Seasons 2 and 3 is now likely to be at least two years despite earlier promises of a shorter turnaround.

The first two seasons remain available to stream on Apple TV.
