Shia LaBeouf was arrested again in New Orleans one day after a new warrant was issued. He was taken into Orleans Parish county jail on Saturday at 1:48 p.m. local time and booked on a battery charge, and appears to remain in custody. A representative for LaBeouf did not immediately respond, and a New Orleans Police Department representative declined to specify where the battery charge stems from.

The new warrant, issued Friday, is tied to a Feb. 17 Mardi Gras bar brawl; an additional victim involved in the fight at R Bar has been cited in the case. LaBeouf appeared in court on Feb. 26 for the earlier arrest and was released on $100,000 bond. He had been charged with two counts of simple battery.

Footage from the altercation showed LaBeouf using gay slurs and head-butting one of the men, and a police report quotes him saying, "These f—–s put me in jail," and "I’m a Catholic." One man suffered a potentially dislocated nose despite telling the actor he did not want to fight.
