Shia LaBeouf kisses mystery woman in New Orleans after arrest

Shia LaBeouf was seen kissing and holding hands with a mystery woman inside a New Orleans bar on Saturday, days after his recent arrest and following news that he and Mia Goth quietly split nearly a year ago.
