New Orleans Police Department has issued a warrant for Shia LaBeouf, 39, tied to a Mardi Gras bar brawl at R Bar after an additional victim came forward.

LaBeouf appeared in court for his Feb. 17 arrest and was released on $100,000 bond. Judge Simone Levine ordered him to attend rehab and to participate in a drug-testing program as conditions of his release.

Footage of the altercation showed him hurling gay slurs, throwing punches and at one point head-butting a man. Police said one man was left with a possibly dislocated nose and quoted LaBeouf as saying, "These f—–s put me in jail." He faces two counts of simple battery.

Hours after his release he resumed partying, dancing with his arrest paperwork in his mouth. The following day he was photographed going for a run and attempting to attend church on Ash Wednesday.
