Shrouded Sky adds flamethrower drone and explosive orb to Arc Raiders

Arc Raiders' Shrouded Sky update goes live Feb. 24, bringing a new map condition, a new project, and a new Raider Deck to the game. The update introduces two Arc threats: the Firefly, a flying drone with flamethrower capabilities described as "a floating nightmare" that will burn Raiders "to a crisp" if they can't find cover, and the Comet, a ground-bound sphere that patrols the Rust Belt and locks on to nearby Raiders before exploding.

A free Raider Deck called The Surgeon is being added as well. The Surgeon cosmetic is gradually unlocked by completing the Raider Deck, and players are invited to "scrub up, take your oath, and head topside to heal… or wreak havoc." Shrouded Sky also unlocks facial-hair options—Stubble is instantly available, the Full Beard is tied to the Surgeon Deck, and two styles (Stubble Beard and Thick Moustache) will be purchasable in the in-game store on Feb.
