Silksong modder finds cut 'voided' Last Judge and its shortcomings

Silksong contains remnants of cut content, including an alternate version of the Last Judge tied to the game's secret third act. YouTube user Kilroy Was Here located leftover code, modded it in, and immediately realized why Team Cherry probably cut it. Using mods to bypass the requirement to kill the normal boss, the "voided" Last Judge is almost complete.

Her bronze armor is blackened and some attacks are infused with dark void energy that saps Hornet's silk resource when hit; apart from a much larger health bar and a single new void attack, she's nearly identical to the original fight. Kilroy then added the rest of her void attacks.

The first, a spinning blade, slices Hornet and knocks her back. Other moves undercut the encounter: void globs behave like they're meant for another enemy and are harmless if you step back, while void tendrils erupt from her midsection high enough to pass over Hornet's head — "Hornet benefits from being short, I suppose, for once in her life," Kilroy joked.
