Sisu: Road to Revenge has surged on HBO Max since arriving overseas on Feb. 28, ranking as the second most popular movie on the platform's global charts, per Flix Patrol. Audiences in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela have driven the film into the top spots.

Directed by Jalmari Helander and starring Jorma Tommila as Aatami Korpi, the sequel was released in the United States on Nov. 21, 2025. Set after World War II, the film sends its lead against Soviet forces and the man responsible for killing his family, while offering larger set pieces and higher stakes than the first entry; runtime is 89 minutes.

Both critics and fans have responded well: the movie holds a 94% Certified Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes and an 87% score on Popcornmeter. Rather than a somber revenge drama, Road to Revenge leans into over-the-top, often comic levels of violence and gore. The film is not yet available to stream in the United States but can be rented or purchased on PVOD platforms such as Prime Video and Fandango at Home.
