Cbssports reports the NFL coaching carousel has produced six remaining head-coaching vacancies: the Arizona Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Browns, Las Vegas Raiders and Pittsburgh Steelers. Each opening carries a clear upside: Arizona has a young pass-catching trio in Marvin Harrison Jr., Trey McBride and Michael Wilson; Baltimore boasts All-Pro talent including Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry, Kyle Hamilton and other defensive standouts; Buffalo features the Josh Allen–James Cook offensive backfield; Cleveland can build around sack record-holder Myles Garrett; Las Vegas has draft capital, projected cap space and young building blocks such as Ashton Jeanty, Brock Bowers and Maxx Crosby; and Pittsburgh offers long-term organizational stability and a history of non-losing seasons.

The drawbacks are equally pronounced and varied. Arizona faces concerns about general manager Monti Ossenfort and owner Michael Bidwill; Baltimore needs overhauls on both offensive and defensive lines and has limited projected cap space; Buffalo promoted Brandon Beane to president of football operations amid questions about its wide receiver and cornerback talent; Cleveland still lacks a clear franchise quarterback; Las Vegas risks rapid turnover and limited job security under its ownership; and Pittsburgh enters coaching searches with significant quarterback uncertainty.
