Solos has launched the AirGo A5 smart glasses, available now starting at $249. The frames drop cameras in favor of a discreet design that integrates speakers and a ChatGPT-powered voice assistant, and were first available in October 2025, the company says. ZDNET's reviewer highlighted the battery as the standout feature: Solos advertises 10 hours of music streaming or seven hours of phone calls, and the reviewer found the glasses lasted about two days on standby connected to a phone, dropping roughly 30% in 24 hours during regular use.

Audio is delivered via open-ear speakers with no noise cancellation; sound can be tinny at high volume and prone to leakage, and microphone quality was noticeably worse than the Meta Ray-Bans in the reviewer's tests. The lack of a camera makes the AirGo A5 lighter and more discreet, and the reviewer noted adjustable end tips and removable legs that let users swap in other Solos frames (including camera-equipped options).

The LED notification light is highly visible to both wearer and interlocutors, though its position can be moved from the right temple to a SmartHinge. The glasses come in multiple styles, with a titanium pair retailing at $349. The Solos assistant uses ChatGPT voice search, but the reviewer rarely used it and experienced wake-word issues in noisy environments.

SolosCoach provides posture correction, stretch reminders, step tracking and short fitness sessions.
