'Southern Hospitality' star Grace Lilly arrested on drug charge
Grace Lilly, 27, was arrested Tuesday in South Carolina on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, per Charleston County jail records. She remained in custody for several hours, faced an initial bond of $10,575 and was released on personal recognizance.
The arrest comes months after an earlier incident on Dec. 29, 2025, in Charleston, when officers found a container labeled “Happy Pills” in her car. She was booked at the Charleston County Jail at 1:40 a.m. and released later that afternoon. Police reports said officers stopped Lilly at a gas station after an alleged illegal lane change while a warrant for a second-degree harassment charge was outstanding.
After she was handcuffed and asked for her purse, officers found a small container with 12 white circular pills stamped with a “P” and half of an oblong blue pill with no identifiable imprints. Lilly told officers the blue pill was Xanax and the white pills were birth control and said she had a prescription for the Xanax but no proof.
