SpaceX Crew-12 Mission Approaching Station
Live arrival coverage of the SpaceX Crew-12 mission is underway on Amazon Prime and the agency’s YouTube channel as astronauts Jessica Meir and Jack Hathaway, ESA (European Space Agency) astronaut Sophie Adenot, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Andrey Fedyaev make their way to the International Space Station.
The SpaceX Dragon spacecraft is scheduled to dock at about 3:12 p.m. EST. Dragon is designed to dock autonomously, but the crew aboard the spacecraft and the space station will monitor its approach to the space-facing port of the station’s Harmony module. When the hatches open about one hour and 45 minutes after docking, Crew-12 will join the Expedition 74 crew for a long-duration science mission aboard the orbiting laboratory.
