'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' Trailer Release Date Surfaces Online
Fans may finally get the first trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day later this week, as Sony Pictures appears set to ramp up marketing with just over four months to go before the film's summer release. Recent online leaks have revealed the movie's gallery of supervillains, including Scorpion, played by Michael Mando.
A now-deleted social media post by one of Sony Pictures' international distributors gave a launch date of Wednesday, Mar. 18. U.S. accounts have not confirmed the timing, though the date aligns with earlier rumors that the trailer would arrive ahead of Project Hail Mary.
If the post is accurate, the preview would drop at 7:05 a.m. ET and likely screen in theaters before showings of Ryan Gosling's sci-fi film. Spider-Man: Brand New Day is scheduled to open on July 31, 2026. Releasing a trailer roughly four months before release matches Sony's recent practice—Spider-Man: No Way Home followed the same schedule.
