Cbssports reports SportsLine's self-learning AI has generated picks and score predictions for every 2026 NFL divisional round matchup, which features two games on Saturday and two on Sunday. Saturday's slate includes NFC West rivals Bock Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers against Sam Darnold and the Seattle Seahawks, with the Seahawks favored by 7 (over/under 45.5) at DraftKings Sportsbook — the largest divisional round line.

Other spreads listed are Texans vs. Patriots (-3, 40.5) and Rams (-3.5, 48.5) vs. Bears, both on Sunday, while the smallest spread is Bills vs. Broncos (-1.5, 45.5) on Saturday. Built by SportsLine's Data Science team using artificial intelligence and machine learning, the AI assigns a numeric matchup score out of 100, continuously refreshes on recent data and has powered more than 2,000 4.5- and 5-star prop picks since the start of the 2023 season.

After analyzing every game, the AI says the Broncos (-1.5, 45.5) will cover in a tight win, rates the Broncos as a B money line pick and predicts a 24-23 Broncos win on average. The report notes Buffalo has gone under in two of its last three games and the under has hit in each of the last two Broncos games; Buffalo has won six of the last eight meetings with Denver, including a 31-7 win in an NFC Wild Card matchup last year in Buffalo, and has won two of the last three meetings played in Denver.
