As The Pitt moves into the final third of Season 2, Episode 10, "4:00 P.M.", throws Dr. Samira Mohan (Supriya Ganesh) into an intense moment amid a Fourth of July shift made worse by a hospital network being taken offline and rising temperatures. Robby (Noah Wyle) is unable to offer much sympathy. Ganesh said the panic attack sequence was largely filmed sequentially, with only a small portion shot out of order for logistical reasons.
