Tadeo Allende emerged as a breakout during Inter Miami’s historic MLS Cup run, finishing the playoffs with nine goals and two assists — the most goals in a single MLS postseason — and helping deliver the club’s first MLS Cup under Javier Mascherano. “Being part of history and breaking a record makes me proud,” Allende said.

He has committed his future to Miami beyond his initial loan, choosing to remain in the city until June 2030. The season contained serious setbacks, including the Leagues Cup loss and a gruelling schedule after the Club World Cup, but the team found form late. “It was a tough year with several setbacks that were hard to recover from,” Allende said, adding that the squad’s second half showed greater professionalism and consistency that carried them to the title.

Allende credited Lionel Messi’s presence for keeping the group composed in difficult moments. “Messi has a very strong personality. It shows on the field. His leadership pushes you forward all the time,” he said.
