Taylor Frankie Paul arrest footage resurfaces after 'Bachelorette' cancellation
Bodycam footage and a 911 call from Taylor Frankie Paul’s 2023 arrest have resurfaced following the cancellation of her season of "The Bachelorette." In the emotional video, obtained by the Daily Mail, the "Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star can be heard screaming at then-partner Dakota Mortensen to "shut up" before he opened the door.
Mortensen, 33, accused Paul, 31, of being "hammered" and insisted he was "sober." Separated by officers, Paul sobbed as she described the encounter, saying, "I pushed him. I hit him. I don’t know what to say about it." She admitted to going "ballistic" and said she was "so scared that [she] peed [her] pants." Mortensen told police Paul had "launched chairs" at him and said he was "scared for [his] life." As she was cuffed, Paul asked why she was being arrested: "So you’re going on his word against mine?" She was told a neighbor called in the dispute; the caller said somebody was screaming "Get off me" and that a garage door kept opening and shutting.
