Taylor Frankie Paul's 'Bachelorette' season to air despite alleged incident
Taylor Frankie Paul’s season of The Bachelorette will air as planned after she was involved in an alleged domestic violence dispute with her ex, Dakota Mortensen. The investigation into the incident will not affect the show’s release schedule or press plan. Paul, 31, is the lead of The Bachelorette Season 22, which premieres Sunday, March 22.
She is expected to do press in New York City this week and then attend a premiere event in Los Angeles over the weekend. Production on her Hulu series The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives has been paused for Season 5 following the alleged incident; filming is not underway until the matter is resolved.
A Draper City, Utah, police spokesperson said contact was made with involved parties on Feb. 24 and 25 and that accusations were leveled in both directions.
