Team USA reached the sled hockey gold-medal game after a semifinal win over Czechia, and will face the winner of the Canada–China semifinal on Friday, March 13 at 2:05 p.m. ET, streaming on Peacock. The gold-medal game is set for Sunday, March 15 at 11 a.m. ET; it will be broadcast live and stream on Peacock as the final gold medal awarded at the 2026 Milan Cortina Paralympic Winter Games.

The roster blends youth and experience. First-time Paralympians Kayden Beasley, Brett Bolton, Liam Cunningham and Landon Uthke are all 18 or 19, while veteran defender Josh Pauls is the only sled hockey player to be a four-time Paralympic gold medalist. Team USA dominated the tournament to this point, outscoring opponents 34-3 in the preliminary round.

The March 13 semifinal followed suit, a 6-1 victory in which the defense allowed only five shots on goal while Team USA registered 40.
