Teardown multiplayer update arrives March 12 with co-op and new modes
Teardown's long-awaited multiplayer arrives on March 12, bringing a comprehensive set of options to the game's destruction-focused sandbox. Developer Tuxedo Labs has spent more than two years working on the feature.
Players will be able to run the single-player campaign in full co-op, explore free-roaming sandbox variants of each campaign map, or compete in modes such as team deathmatch. The update will also support modded game modes.
A trailer is available. Tuxedo Labs says additional game modes are in production, including a new multiplayer racing experience planned for later this year.
This multiplayer launch follows major additions in recent years, including the addition of creative mode in 2023 and a third-person mode in 2024.
