People reports that authorities in Texas arrested 40-year-old Victor L. Corey Paillet III, a local car influencer who posts as "Kandy Red Bread," after detectives said they obtained video evidence depicting the sexual assault of a 2-year-old child. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were called to a home in Porter, Texas, on Jan.

16 and its Special Victims Unit obtained the video. The victim’s mother told ABC13 and KPRC 2 she discovered videos on Paillet’s phone and called police; she told KPRC 2, "I've never went through his phone before, never, but his phone was right there, and I'm like, I just feel something’s not right." The sheriff’s office said Paillet was arrested and charged with promotion of child pornography and aggravated sexual assault of a child, both first-degree felonies, and was booked into the Montgomery County Jail with no bond.

Paillet has more than 62,000 followers on Instagram and makes videos about customizing cars. KPRC 2 later reported that jail officials placed Paillet on a "modified safety watch." The sheriff’s office said detectives believe there may be additional victims and asked anyone with information to contact police and reference case number 26A017864.
