The 'Knight of the Seven Kingdoms' Blooper Reel Is Hilarious
The first season of HBO's Game of Thrones prequel A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms wrapped up on Sunday, February 22, meaning viewers won't be seeing Ser Duncan the Tall (Peter Claffey) and his squire Egg (Dexter Sol Ansell) for a while. Instead, HBO released a roughly two‑minute blooper reel.
The clip packs in plenty of silliness: mugging and grins at the camera, Dunk beating up Aerion Targaryen (Finn Bennett), and Sam Spruell (Maekar Targaryen) flubbing a line in a way that barely feels out of character — "1:15 isn’t even a blooper. That’s just Maekar," one commenter wrote.
Other moments include what appears to be a fart on camera by Shaun Thomas (Raymun Fossoway) and Daniel Ings (Ser Lyonel Baratheon) botching the words to a bawdy song while shirtless and pretending to be drunk. The series has performed strongly: ratings improved across the season, the finale drew series‑high viewership, and high IMDb scores even sparked a clash with Breaking Bad fans.
