The now seemingly inevitable acquisition of Warner Bros. by Paramount has reverberations beyond corporate shakeups. Nathan Fielder used his HBO series The Rehearsal to revisit his past work, including Nathan for You, and the second season balances a real issue about airline pilots and their socialization with reflections on failure through his fake singing competition Wings of Voice.

Fielder revisits a Nathan for You incident in which he lampooned a Vancouver clothing company later revealed to be supporting a Holocaust denier. He created a fake rival brand called Summit Ice Apparel, complete with offensive material and the slogan "Deny Nothing," and donated the proceeds to the Vancouver Holocaust Education Centre.

The episode was later removed from Paramount+ because, in Fielder's words, "they became uncomfortable with what they called anything that touches on antisemitism in the aftermath of the Israel/Hamas attacks." To confront that erasure, The Rehearsal restages his meeting with Paramount so he can better defend his work.
