Lenovo’s sixth‑gen ThinkPad X13 aims for ultraportable business use, packing an Intel Core Ultra 7 255 U‑series processor into a 13.3‑inch chassis that weighs just 2.05 pounds. The design keeps the classic black ThinkPad look, TrackPoint and physical buttons, while positioning the X13 as a slimmer, more affordable counterpart to the X1 Carbon; it’s available now for $1,569 and the 16GB configuration sits around the $1,500 mark.

The 13.3‑inch IPS display is a 400‑nit WUXGA (1920x1200) panel with integrated Intel graphics and a glare‑resistant finish, solid for typical office tasks though not groundbreaking. Hardware options include up to 64GB of soldered LPDDR5x memory and 2TB of storage, and ports cover two Thunderbolt 4 USB‑C ports (PD 3.0, DisplayPort 2.1), HDMI (4K@60Hz), a 5Gbps USB‑A and a headphone jack.

The keyboard remains true to ThinkPad form, but the 4.5‑by‑2.5‑inch trackpad can feel small for some users; upward‑firing speakers are loud and clear but a bit hollow, and the 5MP RGB camera performs well in modest light.
