This 'cool, clean-girl' beauty brand from Australia should be on your radar
Ere Perez, a beauty brand from Australia, has been drawing attention after Gisele Bündchen’s makeup artist, Jenna Anton, revealed the “no-makeup makeup” products she used on the supermodel for a recent Garnier campaign, including Ere Perez’s Jojoba Eye Pencil. The company is marking its 24th anniversary and has released a money-saving set of bestsellers to celebrate.
The founder drew on a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and an upbringing in Mexico to launch the namesake line in Sydney in 2002. The label’s products have helped shape global trends; Business of Fashion noted earlier this year that in Australia “the cool, clean-girl look largely originated” with brands like Ere Perez.
Makeup teams for stars such as Sarah Silverman and Uma Thurman have used Ere Perez on red carpets, and Thurman relied on the brand for a “Kill Bill”-themed event.
