Tiny Bluetooth dongle ideal for frequent flyers is on sale now

With spring break and summer travel approaching, a compact Bluetooth dongle can make in-flight entertainment simpler. The Twelve South AirFly Pro 2 turns wireless earbuds into a plane-friendly option and is currently $15 off at Best Buy's Tech Fest in black or white, bringing the price to $45.

Amazon stocks other colors but hasn't matched that discount. Audio reviewer Jada Jones tested the AirFly Pro 2 on domestic flights and said she was impressed. The Pro 2 upgrades the older AirFly Pro while preserving key features — dual headphone connections, physical volume buttons, long battery life and auxiliary input compatibility.

If cost is a concern, the AirFly SE sells for $35 and offers slightly different features. The devices make it quick to use wireless headphones with equipment that has a headphone jack, let two headphones pair to the same source, or switch to streaming mode to send audio from a phone to a car or classic home speakers.
