Multiple C-suite executives and several senior staff have left Tools for Humanity in recent months. Adrian Ludwig, the company’s chief information security officer and chief architect, departed after a two-year stint; he previously worked at Alphabet, Atlassian, and Adobe.

Damien Kieran, the chief legal and privacy officer for the past year and a half, also announced his exit in a LinkedIn post; his prior roles included general counsel at BeReal and chief privacy officer at Twitter. Kieran said he plans to spend time off training for an Ironman, earning a pilot’s license, and riding his motorcycles.

Ludwig and Kieran declined requests for comment. The exits followed a series of other departures: the head of protocol and applied research, the head of people, the head of talent, and the head of people operations have all left. A former employee said the company’s data protection officer left in November, and the head of device product and a lawyer who joined in September submitted their notices.
