Businessinsider reports Mike and Rob Barnes, founders of Selkirk Sport, shared six business-book recommendations and said they prefer autobiographies as a way to learn from other founders and executives. The brothers began by selling airsoft equipment from their father's basement as a homeschool project and later launched a pickleball company at ages 19 and 22 without college degrees or outside investors.
