Tracker returns with the second half of its Washington two-parter, "The Fallout," picking up immediately after the midseason cliffhanger. Colter Shaw survives a car crash and a gunshot while stabilizing ex-detective John Keaton, manages to call 9-1-1, then passes out.

The next day, Detective Willa Sims and Tacoma Police Commissioner Ross Bogart name Colter and Emile Lang in connection with the shooting that killed mafia accountant Bradley Weitz and his housekeeper, and the FBI soon appears at Reenie Greene’s office, signaling a conspiracy that reaches beyond local police.

Billie Matalon returns to shelter and tend to Colter, who is focused on finding Cassie Linstrom, the wife of a dead cop whom Weitz had been tracking. Neighbors spot Colter at an Airbnb and the police are called, so he slips away and finds signs of Cassie’s abduction at the Linstrom home.
