Travis Kelce chats with Kai Trump at Florida golf event

Travis Kelce chatted with Kai Trump at a TGL golf event in Florida on Tuesday. In a video shared to social media, President Trump’s granddaughter smiled and fiddled with her necklace while the two talked. The three-time Super Bowl winner, 36, had his back to the camera during the exchange at Palm Beach State College’s SoFi Center.

Kelce wore a green button-up shirt and a white baseball cap; the 18-year-old wore a white top. Trump looked excited as Kelce shook her hand while introducing himself. It was unclear what they discussed. Many social media users joked the conversation may have been about Kai’s “KT” merch logo, which resembles Kelce’s “TK” design.

Reps for Kelce and Kai have yet to respond to requests for comment. Kai, an 18-year-old golfer headed to the University of Miami in the fall, made her LPGA debut in November 2025 and finished the tournament in last place. She told Golf Channel she was “really nervous,” saying “the nerves just got to [her].” Her mom, Vanessa Trump, is dating Tiger Woods.
