To mark Mario Day, Turtle Beach has refreshed its Airlite Fit wired headset with a new Mario Star design. The translucent black-and-red model features Mario on the earcups rendered in the classic Yōichi Kotabe art style. The headset retains its budget price of $27.99 / £19.99 and is available to pre-order on Turtle Beach’s US and UK online stores.

It is scheduled to launch on March 30, 2026, the same day a new Mario and Luigi controller arrives. Under the shell, the Airlite Fit keeps the same 40mm drivers, jersey-knit-covered ear cushions and flip-to-mute noise-canceling microphone. A September review praised its sound for the price but noted the microphone isn’t ideal and the fit can feel a bit cheap, making it a better pick for younger Nintendo fans or anyone on a tight budget.

Turtle Beach is also releasing the Mario & Luigi Rematch Wireless RGB Gaming Controller, essentially a reskin of the Rematch pad with TMR sticks, motion controls, wireless range up to 30 feet and a new ‘c’ button for quick Game Chat access.
