Ulefone Armor Mini 20 Pro: compact rugged Android with a long-lasting battery
ZDNET reviewed the Ulefone Armor Mini 20 Pro, a candy bar–style Android smartphone that pairs a small 4.7‑inch display with rugged construction and a large battery; ZDNET said the phone is priced at about $350. The handset measures 5.26 inches long, 2.49 inches wide and 0.98 inches thick, and weighs 10.6 ounces.
It uses a 4.7‑inch IPS display (720 x 1600, 373 ppi) with a 90Hz refresh rate, and runs on a Mediatek Dimensity 6300 chipset (octa‑core 2.4 GHz) with a Mali‑G57 MC2 GPU, 8GB of physical RAM (preconfigured to add 8GB of virtual RAM) and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage; a TF slot accepts microSD cards up to 2TB.
The review unit shipped with Android 14 and received an Android 15 update from Ulefone. Power comes from a 6,200 mAh battery with 33W wired charging, 15W wireless charging and 5W reverse charging; ZDNET reported the phone can browse the web or play movies for 22 hours on a single charge and listed a 14‑day standby.
Camera hardware includes a 50‑megapixel main sensor (Samsung Isocell GN1), a 64‑megapixel Omnivision OV64B night‑vision camera with two infrared illuminators, and a 32‑megapixel front camera (Samsung GD1). The rear also features a 130‑LED ring light rated to about 500 lumens plus red and blue warning lights.
