Independent.co reports newly published video filmed by ICE agent Jonathan Ross appears to show the confrontation in Minneapolis that led to the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good.

The footage, obtained by Minnesota’s Alpha News, reportedly shows Ross exiting his vehicle, circling Good’s car while being heckled by another protester, and briefly interacting with Good, who tells him "that’s fine dude, I’m not mad." Ross is shown approaching the front of the vehicle before the video cuts away as he draws his gun and fires three times; an officer is heard exclaiming "f*** b****" as the car drives away. Good was pronounced dead a short time later, and her death has sparked outrage across the nation.

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey defended his use of expletives after the shooting, saying, "I dropped an F-bomb... They killed somebody. Which one of those is more inflammatory?" He also disputed claims by the Trump administration, including Vice President JD Vance, that Ross had been injured during the altercation. Anti‑ICE protests continue in downtown Minneapolis, with people in costumes waving "abolish ICE" signs, blowing whistles and banging pots, and Minneapolis Public Schools says classes will resume on Monday with an optional online learning opportunity available until February 12.
