When do you get a house in Crimson Desert

A house in Crimson Desert gives you a permanent place to rest: a spot to pass the time, place decorations, sharpen your weapon, and visit the nearby Greymane Camp. You won’t get one immediately; unlocking a home takes a bit of progress through the story. Your house becomes available in Chapter 3, "Howling Hill," after you complete the quest "A Fresh Start." That follows the "First Step to Rebuilding" quest, which opens the Greymane Camp.

Speaking with Marquis Serkis at the start of Chapter 3 unlocks the campground; after the soldier on horseback brings you there and you talk with Barden Middler, finish every building objective in "A Fresh Start"—tasks like "push the wagon" and "raise the banner"—to unlock your personal home.

Once unlocked, the cottage appears on your map just southeast of the main camp. Afterward you can visit the house whenever you like.
