Whoopi Goldberg says she bar-hops and does 'hit and runs' as a single woman

On Wednesday’s episode of The View, Whoopi Goldberg said she bar hops to fulfill her sexual needs. She referenced a Cosmopolitan article about a woman who fantasizes about being single despite a happy longterm relationship, noting the author sometimes misses casual flings and bar-hopping as the audience giggled.

Goldberg replied, "I am single," and added, "Yeah, I bar hop, I go hang! And I do hit and runs when I need it." She said, "I am not married to anybody, I don’t have responsibility," and invited her co-hosts to react when Joy Behar asked, "Do you miss those days?" When Goldberg asked guest co-host Sara Eisen if she was married, Eisen confirmed she was, prompting Goldberg to say, "Okay, so you four have responsibilities," referring to Behar, Eisen, Sara Haines and Ana Navarro.

Haines said she misses the single life but not bar hopping—she misses "a binge where I can sit and eat ice cream and no one’s watching, and watch whatever I damn want." Navarro quipped that "it’s a good life" when husband Al Cárdenas is away.
