Adam Levine has long lost country artists to Blake Shelton during the Blind Auditions and sometimes didn’t bother turning, though he appeared more engaged on Season 29. On night two of the Blind Auditions, 22-year-old Hunter Jordan of Maysville, Kentucky sang “Let Me Down Easy” by Billy Currington and earned a Triple Turn, setting up a pitch battle between Levine, John Legend and Kelly Clarkson — with Carson Daly predicting, "They're gonna fight for an hour." Backstage, Jordan said, "[Clarkson] is who I’d want to be my Coach, for sure.
Kelly has always been my favorite since she was on the show," noting, "She’s won four times!
