Why Keith Urban’s daughter Sunday omitted him in a recent interview
After Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman’s divorce, their daughters have largely sided with their mother. In a new Elle Australia interview, 17-year-old Sunday praised Kidman as her “biggest inspiration in … life” and “a key part of everything,” while not mentioning her father; Urban reportedly took issue but felt “numb.” The Daily Mail’s insiders say Sunday and 15-year-old Faith spend most of their time with their mother under the custody agreement, and that Kidman has not been trying to turn them against their father.
Those close to the family described the girls as “her everything” and said they are “hurt and angry on her behalf,” with some resentment directed at Urban. People close to Urban say he is worried about his relationship with his daughters but remains hopeful of repairing it.
One source added that the couple, both 58, are no longer speaking and that tensions grew toward the end of their relationship, with friends noting he has changed since the split. Kidman and Urban finalized their divorce in January.
