Wild Cards Hits Perfect Score and Returns to Prime Video Charts
After airing in Canada throughout January, Wild Cards returned to the U.S. just over two weeks ago to great acclaim. The Season 3 premiere, "Rack 'Em Up," directed by Andy Mikita and written by showrunner Michael Konyves, continues the story with Max and Ellis going undercover to catch a pool shark's killer while Max's mother Vivienne is miraculously back from the grave and brings a vengeful crime lord into their crosshairs.
The series currently holds a perfect 100% critics' score on Rotten Tomatoes and an 86% audience rating. By-the-book detective Ellis (Giacomo Gianniotti) and con woman Max (Vanessa Morgan) remain a frequently praised leading duo, with critics highlighting their chemistry.
That positive reception has translated into streaming momentum: Wild Cards has reappeared on the Prime Video U.S. streaming charts, finishing ninth in the current top ten, behind Walton Goggins and Ella Purnell-led Fallout at number one and the thriller Steal, starring Sophie Turner, in second.
