Zendaya Calls Euphoria Season 3 a Whirlwind

Euphoria's third and final season remains largely mysterious, but Zendaya says she'll be watching along with everyone else. The 29-year-old said she's "excited" and has "seen a little bit" of the new season, adding, "I hope it turns out beautifully." Filming moved faster this time.

Zendaya said, "I did what I do in eight months in like four months. It was like trying to get eight episodes in at once. It just flew by me." Earlier seasons took about eight months to shoot because intertwined high-school storylines required the cast to film big, climactic scenes together.

Season 3 uses a time jump that follows the now-adult characters living separate lives, which likely allowed simultaneous shooting. Returning cast members include Nate (Jacob Elordi), Cassie (Sydney Sweeney), Maddie (Alexa Demie), Lexie (Maude Apatow), Jules (Hunter Schafer), Elliot (Dominic Fike) and Rue (Zendaya), with Colman Domingo and Martha Kelly also back.
