For the dough: 1) Add 500gr of flour in a bowl 2) Activate some dry bread yeast with 2 teaspoons of sugar till it turns liquid 3) Add 1/2 cup of water, 1/3 cup of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt and the yeast to the flour 4) Knead by hand for about 10’ and add another 2/3 cup of water (adjust as necessary) till you have a bouncy dough 5) Set the dough aside to rise till double in size (for at least an hour)
