Lasagna Bowls! Keto & Low Carb Friendly!!!! This is what I made for dinner last night. Its so yunmy and absolutely perfect for fall! Start by cooking some italian sausage in you skillet season with salt and pepper. Add in 1 chopped yellow onion. Once the meat is fully cooked add in a low carb friendly spaghetti sauce season again with salt and pepper then turn to a simmer and let those ingredients all merry together. Then build your bowls. Add the meat sauce in the bottom, a scoop of ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and then top with shredded mozzarella. I place mine in the oven at 350 to melt, I just like the way the cheese melts better in the oven then the microwave but of course do whatever you like. Once the cheese is melted I top with some red pepper flakes. Serve with salad on the side and enjoy! Follow for more easy recipes! #keto #lowcarb #food #fyp
