Mixed-use apartment complex on the rise at 6055 W. Pico Boulevard by Amoid
Located at Pico's intersection with Crescent Heights Boulevard, the apartment complex was entitled using Transit Oriented Communities incentives, which allowed for a larger structure than otherwise permitted by zoning rules. In exchange for the bonuses, Wiseman is required to set aside 13 of the new apartments as deed-restricted affordable housing at the extremely low-income level.
Uriu & Associates is designing the 6055 Pico, which has been described as combining Spanish influences and traditional materials. Plans for amenities including a courtyard and a pool deck.
