Israel-Hamas war: Western brands in Arab nations facing wave of boycott campaigns by Amoid
Western brands in many Arab nations are facing a wave of boycott campaigns, as the Israel-Hamas war rages on. Shoppers in Egypt and Jordan are boycotting companies perceived to have taken pro-Israeli stances, or alleged to have financial ties to Israel. Sales at the country's McDonald's franchise in October and November fell reportedly by at least 70% on-year.
