The largest Pacific Ocean in the world
The largest Pacific Ocean in the world.
Every ocean in the world has a different area, including the Pacific Ocean. It could even be said that among the five other oceans, the Pacific Ocean can be said to be the most extensive and largest ocean. Reported by NOAA, the Pacific Ocean covers an area of around 63 million square miles and contains more than half of the water on Earth. Even if all the continents in the world were combined, the total could still fit into the basin of the Pacific Ocean and this is proof of the vastness of this ocean region.
