Up close to Nebraska Tornado
Tons of debris being spun at you at >100km/h (or mp/h, honestly, at those speeds there's not much difference at how lethal it is for you), you being spun around at random directions, randomly rotated in the mother of all astronaut trainings (and most likely if you survived for more than a few seconds, your own vomit), Your bubble would most likely be impaled by metal or wood spikes, broken glass, chunks of concrete or rock, stones. As the tornado moves, it'd pick up new debris all the time, and you'd have a chance of being flung against houses, trucks, the landscape, etc.
And if you survive all that, at the end of the ride, you get flung out of the whole thing at an incredible speed in a random direction, crashing into whatever fate decides is on the ground at that time.
So no. It's not a very good idea.
