Laughter is the Best Medicine by DrSyed

The Clinical Research studies reveal that when we laugh, few friendly chemicals called happy hormones are released in our body by the brain that are the essential part of our coping mechanism under many stressful moments in our daily life. On the other hand if we have less amount of them in our brain, we get anxiety and depression. Hence it is strongly recommended that we have get laughter many times in a day if we wish to face the life challenges.
