A Russian commander’s car was reportedly blown up in occupied Mariupol’s Bakhchyvandzhy market. Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov said that several explosions were heard in the city early on March 27. Ukraine’s military said that Russian offensives and attacks continued across the eastern and southern frontline on March 26. Ukraine said its forces killed over 610 Russian soldiers in the last 24 hours. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky urged people to support the country’s defenders. Moscow claims it downed a Ukrainian drone over the town of Kireyevsk, in the Tula region south of Moscow.
